HEALTHY ICE CREAM (with NO ICE CREAM MAKER)

INGREDIENTS

3 egg yolks

1/4 cup of honey or maple syrup

pinch of sea salt

pinch of olive oil

1 cup of RAW FARM Heavy raw cream

Toppings of choice (chocolate, jam, strawberries, cookie dough etc)

Materials:

  • 32oz (1 quart) size mason jar

HOW TO

  • Add all ingredients into a mason jar

  • Give it a great shake!

  • Freeze for 4-7 hours
