HAPPY WORLD MILK DAY: THE BENEFITS OF RAW MILK

Amazingly in 2001, June 1st was established as World Milk Day by the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations to highlight the importance of milk products as a key global food. The main goal of World Milk Day is to help people recognize the wonderful impact dairy products have on lives of many across the globe, especially when the dairy is raw.

What is raw milk?

RAW MILK MEANS NOT PROCESSED.

Not processed literally means it has never been put through a heating (pasteurization) treatment, the butterfat has not been broken up (homogenized), or standardized (adding or taking away components).  Because RAW FARM raw milk isn’t processed, it is the perfect food to receive all the nutrients needed to keep you healthy. SO, WHAT NUTRIENTS ARE FOUND IN RAW MILK?
