RAW FARM Raw Lightly Salted Butter is made from cold-churned raw cream with kosher sea salt added. We use all Natural, Chemical- Free, Kosher Certified, Pure Ocean Premium Sea Salt. The salt is solar evaporated and then cleaned using optical technology instead of chemicals. Optical Technology captures and examines every grain of salt using high-definition cameras to detect and remove particles that aren’t salt. Pretty cool! This results in pure, clean, mineral-rich salt.
