ABOUT HEAVY RAW CREAM
RAW FARM Raw Heavy Cream is rich in heart-healthy Omega-3 fatty acids, CLA, "X-Factor ", vitamins, and minerals. This wonderful raw cream was separated from our whole raw milk that was simply flash-chilled, filtered, and tested. Our cows happily graze seasonally on luscious green pastures where they enjoy sunshine, fresh air, and lots of room to relax. Absolutely NO antibiotics, synthetic hormones, or GMO anything. Customers with digestive sensitivities have a delicious, nutritious, and natural alternative in this unaltered, wholesome product.

HOW IS IT MADE?
On our farm here in Fresno, California, we milk our cows twice a day. That milk is tested then transported to our on-farm creamy where we then separate the fat (the raw cream portion) from the whole raw milk to be bottled into raw heavy cream and sent to our stores for customers to purchase and enjoy.
WHat’s the difference between cream and milk?
Have you noticed the layer of fat that sits at the top of the container of raw milk in your refrigerator? This is called the cream line. Every container of our whole raw milk has about 4% pure raw cream which is called butterfat (compared to raw heavy cream which has 47% raw butterfat and our raw butter which has 87% raw butterfat). When that cream rises, it becomes a cream top. There won’t be a cream line on the raw heavy cream (unlike whole milk) because it is all cream.
Our Raw Heavy Cream is the delicious cream that is naturally found in raw milk; bottled and sold in two different sizes: a 16oz pint size and a bulk half gallon available at our farm store and farmers markets. HOW CAN I USE RAW CREAM?
Raw cream is luxuriously full of healthy fats. It is very creamy on your tongue. It is extremely versatile. Whether it’s going to be used for savory or sweet, it’s perfectly delicious. Our protocol is a three (3) step testing process that starts at the dairy (milking) level and ends with the final product (creamery).
Under our Test & Hold Protocol, we test for E. coli O157: H7 and Coliforms. We test frequently for Listeria, Salmonella, Campylobacter, and Standard Plate Count. Our family-owned business believes there is power in numbers, which is why we work closely with our regulators and inspectors. As part of our food safety plan, all milk from each day is assigned a unique “Lot ID", which provides accurate tracking of all milk batches.
