5. Make raw whipping Cream
This only works if you have leftover raw cream or enough raw cream from the top of your gallon of raw milk, but itβs too delicious not to mention! Raw whipping cream doesnβt have to be solely for holiday pies, it can be a go-to, nutritious snack along with some fresh fruit any day of the week.
Making raw whipped cream is very simple. Youβll need a stand mixer or a mason jar (if you prefer to do it manually).
Stand Mixer:
Add the leftover chilled raw cream to the stand mixer.
Add a tsp of pure vanilla extract.
Add 1-3 Tbsps of raw unheated honey (or other sweetener of choice)
Mix on medium for 5-7 minutes until a whipped cream consistency forms.
Grab a spoon and enjoy!
Mason Jar:
Add the leftover raw cream into a medium sized mason jar.
Add a tsp of pure vanilla extract.
Add 1-3 Tbsps of raw unheated honey (or other sweetener of choice)

Yes, you can.
Typically, the raw milk will thaw out perfectly, and you wont be able to tell that it was ever frozen.
Freezing leftover raw milk is something you can do to preserve the product, especially if your raw milk has gone sour. Should this happen, make raw milk ice cubes as recommended in tip #1!

Another delicious way to use leftover raw milk is to make homemade raw kefir.

Ingredients:
Leftover raw whole milk
1 tsp organic cocoa powder
1-2 tsps raw honey
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a blender.

9. Make a Smoothie bowl
