FRENCH VANILLA ICE CREAM
It’s Summa, Summa, Summa! The days are hot, and our bodies crave great nutrition. After a hot day, my body craves a cold glass of creamy raw milk. But, you know what may be better? Raw milk ice cream. What a treat! Raw milk ice cream can be healthy, when it is made with wholesome, raw ingredients. This edition is a special, fan-featured french vanilla raw ice cream.

RECIPE
2 cups Heavy Raw Cream
1 cup Raw Milk
1/2 cup maple syrup
3 egg yolks
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Toppings of choice––I used peaches and coconut flakes!
HOW-TO:
1. Mix all ingredients (minus toppings) together in a large bowl
2. Add mixture to ice cream maker *check the instructions on your ice cream maker. mine has a double-insulated freezer bowl and I needed to keep it frozen before this step.
3. Turn on the ice cream maker and let it churn for ~15min or until you notice a more creamy consistency.
5. Place into a bowl and freeze for 4+ hours.
6. When ready to eat, let ice cream cool for ~5min before serving.
7. Scoop ice cream, add toppings, and enjoy!
