MY RAW KEFIR FACIAL EXPERIENCE
Imagine a facial…but you have Raw Kefir added to it. How amazing would that feel on your skin? Well, I did just that, and I’m going to share with you all my raw kefir facial experience. What is raw kefir? Great question! Raw Kefir is the new, trending food that you have to try. It is made by culturing Whole Raw Milk (which is already abundant in diverse colonies of beneficial bacteria) with 12 additional specialized bacteria colonies, so it is a super-probiotic form of cultured milk. It has a tart, tangy taste and is best enjoyed in smoothies, paired with chocolate or fruit, or on its own with honey! Wonderfully, as with any whole healthy food, raw kefir is not just limited to eating or drinking it, you can use it on your skin, too!
RAW KEFIR FACIAL
Firstly, I went to La Peau Spa in Fresno, California (the same city our farm is located). It started as a normal facial experience, but before the facial began, they primed my face with nutrient-dense Whole Raw Kefir. La Peau probably used about 2-3 tablespoons of Raw Kefir in total on my skin.
