1.RAW MILK DIET FOR 7 DAYS

As a mother of 3 who also works full-time, one of the most valuable skills I’ve learned is how to cook quickly. One of my favorite go-to dishes is cheesy pasta drizzled with fresh raw heavy cream, salt & pepper, and garlic. You can also do the same with grilled chicken, pork, and steak. Drizzling fresh raw heavy cream on top of already-cooked food is a great way to enjoy the nutritional, gut healthy and happy benefits of raw dairy and enjoy a delicious meal that looks like a lot more time and effort went into it than reality.😆

The foundation of a healthy mind is a healthy gut, and raw dairy products in the morning are the best way to fill your gut with the beneficial bacteria it needs to thrive. Personally, I always have 2-3 quarts of raw whole milk on hand. If the milk ever goes sour, I simply add chocolate syrup to it and make chocolate milk, or I make raw milk ice cubes which I throw into smoothie bowls (you can’t even taste the sourness. Raw milk is safe to consume sour. Raw dairy products never go bad, they simply evolve). Other practical ways to get your raw diary in the morning include raw kefir smoothie bowls with oats, frozen berries, spinach, and collagen; adding raw cream, raw milk, or raw butter into your coffee; and my personal favorite, raw butter toast. Just like avocado toast, raw butter toast is made by slathering a thick layer of RAW FARM raw butter onto a fresh slice of sourdough toast. What a delicious way to get your healthy fats in early on in the day!

6.Raw probiotic facial

Skincare doesn’t have to be complicated or overly expensive. You can treat your skin naturally with raw dairy products, both through consumption (drinking your daily 3 cups of raw milk) and application (directly to your skin). 7.Freeze berries

Want to take your raw kefir smoothie bowls to the next level? Use frozen berries. Frozen berries will make your smoothie bowls thicker, creamier, and even more enjoyable. Freezing also preserves the freshness of the berries and enables you to have a wide variety option at all times when you’re in a rush to get out of the door on a busy morning.

When we’re at work, choosing the wrong foods to snack on, like a candy bar, can be quite tempting. Rather than snack on sugary, processed foods, go for a few squares of RAW FARM raw cheddar cheese! This savory, protein-rich snack will satisfy your taste buds and your gut. As mentioned previously, how we treat ourselves is essential to our overall well-being. If we wish to become the best version of ourselves, we must be in a healthy state physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually first so we can best serve those around us, including our spouse, children, friends, family, and coworkers. This all begins with the food we choose to put into our bodies on a daily basis, and it’s important to choose wisely.

9.Raw work out drink

Rather than consume energy drinks with the unhealthy processed proteins in powder form, I recommend consuming whole raw dairy products, like raw whole milk and whole raw kefir, as your pre and/or post workout drink.

10.Top it with raw cheese
