EAT THESE FOODS AND GLOW NATURALLY

Have you gone through skin care product after skin care product, desperately trying to find the one that will give your skin the natural glow it deserves? Maybe you’ve experimented with various cosmetic products, tried both liquid highlight and powder highlight, and you’ve watched every single makeup tutorial on Youtube to figure out how he does it, but something still isn’t right.

That’s because the glow is supposed to come naturally when you’re eating the right foods, especially raw animal fats. Here are 3 superfoods that will have your skin glistening like a gem.

  1. RAW MILK

Raw whole milk is a SUPERFOOD. If you were trapped on an island and the only product you had access to was raw milk, not only would you survive, but you’d THRIVE! Amazingly, raw whole milk has almost every single essential nutrient, making it one of the most nutritious foods in the entire world. After all, it is the only food source baby mammals consume for the first few months after birth.

Here are a few specific reasons why raw milk is so healthy for you.

Excellent for your gut bacteria

Many people believe that the bacteria found in raw milk is dangerous, but that simply isn’t true. In 2013, a study published in the Journal of Food protection… “demonstrated that unpasteurized milk is a low-risk food, contrary to previous, inappropriately-evidenced claims suggesting a high-risk profile”

All natural bacteria is your friend, and the bacteria in your body feed on any dangerous toxins that may enter your bloodstream. The only time bacteria can be in any way harmful is when their natural process is interrupted by man-made processes, such as lab created organisms and pasteurization that destroys enzymes and other life forms. It’s important to feed the bacteria in your gut with more beneficial bacteria, and raw milk is amazing for that exact purpose.

Full of natural vitamins

Raw milk is undoubtedly one of the most nutritious foods on the planet. It has every single nutrient essential for growth and development for all stages of life. Most importantly, raw milk is full of the essential fat soluble vitamins that directly lead to healthy hair, bright eyes, and glowing skin, such as Vitamin A, Vitamin F, Vitamin D3, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Vitamin E, and Vitamin K2. It’s also a great source of cholesterol which makes up every single cell in the human body. Cholesterol is an essential factor in the conversion of sunlight into Vitamin D in the body, and all three of those together make for healthy, glistening skin.

Great for direct application to skin

Raw milk is very hydrating, and its abundance of healthy fats makes it a great moisturizer. You can use it to wash your face, as a toner, or even as a primer before you apply your makeup for the day. Because cholesterol and Vitamin D go hand-in-hand, it’s important to drink lots of raw dairy products in the summertime so you have plenty of cholesterol to easily help with the conversion of sunlight into Vitamin D.

2. RAW BUTTER

Raw whole milk can be made into a variety of other raw milk products, such as raw cheese, raw kefir, raw heavy cream, and raw butter that are extremely healthy for your skin. Here’s what makes raw butter especially unique.

Raw butter differs from other raw dairy products in that it contains 80%-100% butterfat; in a sense, it can be considered a “fat-bomb.” The high fat content indicates that it is even denser is essential fat-soluble vitamins! Raw butter contains all of the same benefits as its mother product (raw whole milk) listed above, and when left out at room temperature melts into an easily-applicable consistency. You can apply raw butter directly to your skin like lotion after a warm bath, before you go out in the sun for extra-protection, and even as a cream to heal sunburn wounds.

Of course, eating raw butter will benefit your skin just as much as physically applying it will!

Here are a few creative ways to add more raw butter into your diet:

  • Add raw butter into oatmeal

  • Use raw butter to cook your eggs

  • Add raw butter to your morning toast

  • Dip your steak into raw butter

  • Have a bun-less burger? Top it off with raw cheese and raw butter!

  • Of course, you can always eat it by the spoon full just like ice cream.

P.S.

If you make homemade raw butter, you can save the buttermilk and add it into your bath for an extra-moisturizing wash!

3. VANILLA RAW KEFIR

Kefir, pronounced kee-feer, is a fermented drink MADE from raw milk. RAW FARM Whole Raw Kefir is made by culturing our whole raw milk with 12 specialized bacteria colonies (in addition to the bio-diverse colonies of beneficial bacteria naturally found in our raw milk). It is cultured (fermented) for 36-48 hours to achieve a pH of approximately 3.8. RAW FARM Whole Raw Kefir is deliciously smooth and very drinkable! Raw Kefir contains special prebiotics to feed and protect gut bacteria. It’s the bacteria’s food! The vanilla flavor is my favorite, and we also have a Plain Raw Kefir and a Golden Raw Kefir.

SUMMARY

Before makeup was invented, there was a time when humans glowed naturally, and this is largely due to the high consumption of raw animal fats, like raw dairy products, since the beginning of mankind. Healthy animal fats contain fat-soluble vitamins like A, E, K2, D3, and B12 and high amounts of cholesterol that hydrate and nourish the body. Nourishment reveals itself on the outside with naturally glistening, glowing skin. Three wonderful foods to consume for this purpose are raw whole milk, raw butter, and vanilla raw kefir.
