When we’re on the go or, it is tempting to grab the most convenient snacks, isn’t it? Unfortunately, those packaged snacks aren’t always the best for us… Thankfully, here are (5) + HEALTHY snack ideas that are quick, easy, and satisfyingly delicious, which you can enjoy at work, on the weekends, and as an after-school snack for your children!

1. Sun-Dried Tomato & Raw Cheddar Sliders

Raw Cheddar sliders are a great snack option, light lunch option, or even a convenient appetizer for when you’re hosting family dinner night. All you need is a fresh loaf of sourdough bread, a block of RAW FARM Truly Raw Cheddar Cheese, a bag of sun-dried tomatoes, and you’re all set! To make it even more luxurious, consider toasting the sliders in the oven for 10-15 minutes at low heat.

2.Crunchy Quesadillas 

If you want something that takes a little bit more prep work but is still very simple and requires minimal labor, this is the recipe for you. All you need is Raw Butter, corn tortillas, and Shredded Raw Cheddar Cheese. Start with a hot skillet and coat your pan with a tablespoon of Raw Butter. Then place three corn tortillas into the skillet and add a generous amount of Shredded Raw Cheddar Cheese on top of each tortilla. Then, fold the tortillas in half and let them get nice and crispy. When the cheese starts to ooze out, flip each quesadilla and let it crisp on the opposite side. After just a few minutes, you’re all done! This is the perfect afternoon snack for your kiddos to come home to after school. Mine LOVE it! 🧀

3.Raw Kefir and Honey

Plain Whole Raw Kefir on its own is an amazing snack and pre/post workout drink. It’s a natural raw probiotic and is loaded with beneficial bacteria and nutrients such as Vitamin A, E, F, K2, D, B6, B12, and more! It’s a good source of protein, healthy fats, and carbohydrates.
